Jonathan Osman: Realtor / Broker

Lead Listing Specialist and Team Manager

I am a native of Washington DC and grew up in the Maryland suburbs.  After college, I relocated back to Maryland and began my career in real estate.  Then, in 2006, changes in life dictated that my family relocate to Charlotte.  Starting a successful real estate business once is hard enough by itself but then add to that doing it a second time and just as an epic recession is about the grip the nation takes a lot of determination.  Thankfully, through my use of social media, I was able to communicate my real estate knowledge with buyers and sellers and that formed as a nice base to build my business again.

Today, I am one of the top 100 real estate brokers in Charlotte and in North Carolina with more than $10,000,000 in sales annually and 50+ closed transactions.  My goal is to break into the top 15 in 2012

In my spare time, I started the Charlotte Redskins Fan Club and I enjoy auto racing, photography, music, and traveling.

Amanda Cox: Realtor

Originally from Cincinnati, Amanda’s real estate career took off in Baltimore where she was buyer specialist on a top performing team in the city.  After a few years in Baltimore, she decided to move closer to friends and made the move to Charlotte.  In 2009, she joined Keller Williams and in 2010 became a member of the Charlotte House Hunter Group.  In her spare time, Amanda enjoys flipping houses and traveling.

North Carolina is my home, and I love helping people make it theirs! The first home I ever owned was a tree house. Imagine – a “homeowner” at the tender age of three! By age five I had moved to Chapel Hill and by age six I was selling vegetables from my parents’ garden – going door to door in the neighborhood. The older couples thought that was cute and rewarded me generously. In one summer I earned enough to buy a bicycle, and develop a taste for sales. Today, my love for North Carolina, real estate, and quality service oriented sales inspire me as I help people buy homes that is just right for them, or sell homes when they are ready to move on.

Along with my early sales career in vegetables; I attended school in Chapel Hill, then played Division I soccer and earned a Marketing degree from UNC Wilmington, graduating with Honors. Moving to Raleigh to work with the Carolina Courage soccer team led to my first “real” home ownership. When the WUSA league suspended operations three years later, I moved to Charlotte to do marketing for the NBA’s Charlotte Bobcats and the WNBA’s Charlotte Sting. I fell in love with the vibrancy of Charlotte and made it my home.
Buying and selling homes has a lot in common with playing sports; always keeping an eye open for changes in the field, teamwork, good communication with people, attention to detail, hard work, and enjoying the process.
